RANG believes the the best way to lower crime rates and reduce gentrification and displacement in the footprint is to create job and career opportunities.

 

 

Pre-Construction job opportunities at The Poplar, the former Quaker Building, were made available for RANG-recommended community members in 2018, and two minority contractors from the neighborhood were also engaged.
